The historic Key Bank building was repurposed into a uniquely combined compounding pharmacy and taproom (Hop Pharm), revitalizing a key intersection in the downtown business core of Gig Harbor. The project involved street frontage improvements, new landscaping, and overall exterior building upgrades to meet strict historic design guidelines. The entire existing structure was preserved, and only rooftop equipment was replaced.
