HDC Eugene Flagship

Located in the mixed-use Whiteaker district of Eugene, heritage distilling Co. joins the likes of craft beverage makers Ninkasi Brewing Co., Hop Valley Brewing Co., and others who call this resurging neighborhood community home. The project involved the remodel of an existing 6,500sf pre-engineered building, to include a full production distillery with 3,000 liter pot still assembly, polishing column, mash and fermentation tanks, boiler and steam system, glycol cooling system, bottling line and staging areas. The facility also included a full tasting room and retail space, upper-level event space, office and staff support spaces. The project was the first large-scale distillery operation in the city of Eugene.
