Kopachuck Remodel
Gig Harbor, WA
“We did a massive renovation to our home with no room left untouched! The team at fi architecture created a design that transformed our entire home into something that feels like it belongs in a magazine.
Our indoor and outdoor spaces come together seamlessly. Our kitchen is stunning, bright, and efficient. Our master bath is an oasis. Even our pantry is a showstopper. We can’t thank you all enough for the gift of your creativity.”

This existing home is located near Kopachuck State Park, overlooking the Carr Inlet and Horsehead Bay. Originally built in 2005, the home was ready for an interior refresh. The goal of the project was to celebrate the site’s commanding water view from the primary interior spaces while improving the function and aesthetic quality of the home throughout.
The 2-story home with daylight basement was reimagined on every level with new custom walnut cabinets (Madera Fine Furnishings), plumbing fixtures (Toto & Blanco), lighting fixtures (Louis Poulsen & Bega +), appliances (Wolf & Sub-Zero), wood and tile floor finishes, quartz and marble countertops, ceiling fan, fireplace (Flare) and various interior furnishings.
